This mosaic mural was made with the pupils from Giffnock primary school to commemorate the school's centenary this year.

Pupils throughtout the school researched social events, inventions and styles through the decades and depicted their discoveries on tiles.

Primary 3 to 6 made self portraits in clay which form a circle around the centre of the mural.

Primary 7's created the lettering, each with images of things beginning with that particular letter.

The nursery children created relief tiles by rolling flowers, leaves and other found natural materials into the clay.
